I am in disbelief with the poor customer service I have been receiving with Camelback Consign and Design since I gave them many house hold items over a year ago. They never contact me when one of my items sells and I have to call each month to find out, though the contract I have with them says they pay out by the 17th of each month. When something does sell it takes months to get a check from them and only after calling them every week to remind them. Now, this past week they sent me a check for $200 for chairs that they sold last May and the check bounced and I have bank fees to pay! When I talk to ****, the store manager, she always has a lame excuse and blames it on the store owner, ****. There are also items of mine that they can not account for! When I spoke with ****, he said he would go through my list and photographs and get back to me, and I still have not heard from him. I would not recommend doing business with these people!! They are disorganized and just blame each other for anything that goes wrong!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

I consigned some furniture with this outfit and had a bad experience in receiving payment from said company. I had to threaten them with going on channel 3 on your side before I had received full payment. I put my items with them to sell on Aug 31,2012 and after all the prices were either sold or donated which took 4 months to sell, I finally received full payment June 7,2013. They always had some lame excuse. No excuse for this type of treatment. Consigners beware.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.
