THIS IS WHAT THE BBB HAS TO REPORT, TODAY, ABOUT CAMELBACK CONSIGN & DESIGN.
THIS IS WHAT THE BBB REPORTED
LAST SUMMER.
Note that the comment was only submitted after the issue was finally resolved. The author says the items were consigned on August 31, 2012... nearly two years ago.
After I complained, and complained, and complained, the BBB updated its report for Camelback Consign & Design, as shown below, in mid November 2013.
What's more. the BBB suppressed access to the consumer complaints and comments that had helped prompt the promised review, referenced above. Since that information provided a vital service to the public, I was incensed that it had been removed from view at exactly the time when it was most needed. So, I complained some more.
A few painful months later, in February, the BBB acted more decisively.
Just a month later, the BBB updated the business review again!
The most recent iteration of this business review is the one you saw at the top of this post.
Thank you, BBB. Your willingness to respond, however slowly, is admirable.
I would point out, however, that some victims report signing contracts with Camelback Consign & Design right around the time that the BBB suppressed the comsumer comments / complaints sections of its review.
