EITHER WAY,  IT'S HARD TO FORESEE ANY GOOD NEWS COMING FROM OUR FAVORITE BAD PERSON... THE CONSIGNMENT VAMPIRE.

("Yes, Your Honor. I did bad things. I sincerely regret that now. But they're done and I can't undo them. Besides, that was years ago. How am I supposed to remember what I did to whom - it was so long ago.

Just don't ask my sons, OK?  Or Vera Manuz. They only followed orders. My orders. And they were kids, really. OK, maybe not exactly kids... but certainly immature.")

STAY TUNED...
IF YOUR FIRST NAME IS VERY  AND YOUR MIDDLE NAME IS PATIENT.

WHAT DO YOU THINK THE OFFICE OF THE AG WILL DISCOVER?

AG PROCESS SERVERS FINALLY CATCH UP WITH MIKE BURNS (aka the Consignment Vampire)

Before the AG can sue the Vampire, he has to serve it with notice of the lawsuit. As you can see, below, it took the AG's process servers nearly six weeks to find and serve Burns. Considering that the AG needed nearly a year to decide to prosecute the Vampire to begin with, that's really pretty fast.

And, let's face it, catching (up with) a vampire is usually lots tougher than being caught by a vampire, according to such knowledgeable experts as Bram Stoker and Elizabeth Kostova.

Still, one can't help wonder if the anonymous tip I posted just a seven days earlier was helpful to the vampire chasers:

If so, the anonymous tipster deserves the credit. Not me. And, truth to tell, I shared that tip with the proper authorities days before it appeared in my October 3 post.

Let's see, I believe the Vampire has 40 days to respond to the notice, after which, the lawsuit can proceed.

Wanna help the AG put silver stake through the heart of the Vampire, thus ending its depredations forever? If you haven't already done so, document your story and losses carefully then submit a complaint against the Vampire to the AG.

Post your story on Facebook. Share it with me. Publish it on Yelp. Send it to RipoffReport.com. Contact the Arizona Republic and Call 12 For Action to let them know.

Nothing scares a vampire, I've read, like the brilliant light of day: exposure can be deadly!

So go ahead, make the Vampire pay!
